Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms apply to mehstudios.net, MS:NET accounts and every service run by Multimedia Entertainment Hub LLC and its studio, MEH Studios Incorporated ("MEH Studios", "we", "us"), including our game servers and community spaces. By using them you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Who can use the services

You must be at least 13 years old to create an MS:NET account. If you are 13 to 15, you need the consent of a parent or guardian. From 16 you can agree to these terms yourself.

Each game we release carries a PEGI age rating, shown on its page on our website and in the stores that sell it. A game's rating tells you the minimum age it is suitable for and applies in addition to the age limits above. You can find out what each rating means at pegi.info.

Your MS:NET account

Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Tell us at support@mehstudios.net if you think someone else has access to your account.
One person per account. Accounts cannot be sold or transferred.

Using the services

Use the services lawfully and as described in our Acceptable Use Policy. We may change, pause or stop any service, including game servers, at any time, for example for maintenance or when a project ends.

Buying our games

We do not sell anything on our websites, which only give information about our games. When our games go on sale, they will be sold through third-party stores such as Steam, Epic Games Store and itch.io. Your purchase is then made with that store, and its terms, refund policy and privacy policy apply.

You keep ownership of what you post, such as chat messages or content you share in our community. You give us permission to host, display and moderate it as needed to run the services. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.

Our content and games

Our websites, games, artwork, logos and software belong to Multimedia Entertainment Hub LLC or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, sell or redistribute them without written permission, except where we say otherwise.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on our services infringes your copyright, send a notice to ethics@mehstudios.net that identifies the work, the content and where it is, your contact details, and a statement that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner. We will review it and remove infringing content.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts and remove access to game servers or community spaces if you break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if the law requires us to. You can close your MS:NET account at any time by writing to support@mehstudios.net.

Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". Games and services in development may change, contain bugs or lose data. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the services.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Multimedia Entertainment Hub LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses above the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, arising from your use of the services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Prahova County, Romania. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country and can bring a claim there.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and, for significant changes, tell MS:NET account holders by email. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept it.
